Our frozen raw fish is all human-grade and supplied by our sister company (Coastal Cuisine Ltd). It is suitable for cooking and eating yourself or boiling to make fish broth etc. May contain bones. If eating raw fish e.g. sushi then it should be frozen first as follows:
- either –20°C for not less than 24 hours
- or –35°C for not less than 15 hours
Nb. Order before midday Tues-Thurs for same day dispatch. Frozen orders placed after midday on a Thursday will be dispatched on the following Tuesday for delivery on Wednesday (to avoid potential defrosting). Min frozen order quantity 8Kg
